Each firm is a separate legal entity, is independently regulated in its own jurisdiction, and is responsible for the legal services it provides.
This page explains the identity of each firm, its regulatory status and how you can verify that information.

The professional rules that apply to the firm and to the solicitors who work in it are the SRA Standards and Regulations, which are published at sra.org.uk. You can confirm that a firm or an individual solicitor is regulated using the SRA’s public register at sra.org.uk/consumers/register.
The term “solicitor” is protected in England and Wales. It may only be used by a person who holds a current practising certificate issued by the SRA.
United States immigration law is federal law, and an attorney admitted in any state may represent clients before the immigration agencies anywhere in the United States and at consular posts abroad. Our attorneys do not hold themselves out as advising on the law of any individual state other than one in which they are admitted to practise.
Celiksoy Law Firm PC and Bekenbey Solicitors Ltd are separate legal practices operating in different jurisdictions.
Celiksoy Law Firm PC provides legal services in relation to United States matters, while Bekenbey Solicitors Ltd, trading as Celiksoy Immigration Lawyers, provides legal services in relation to United Kingdom matters.
If your circumstances involve both the United Kingdom and the United States, you may choose to contact and instruct each firm separately. Each firm will carry out its own assessment and client onboarding process, agree its own terms of engagement and fees with you, and remain independently responsible for the advice and services it provides.
Instructing one firm does not mean that you have instructed the other.
Client and enquiry information is not routinely shared between the two firms. Any disclosure of information between them would only take place where you have specifically requested or authorised it, or where there is another lawful basis for doing so, in accordance with the relevant Privacy Policy.
Bekenbey Solicitors Ltd maintains professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Its insurance meets the applicable SRA minimum terms and conditions.

Celiksoy Law Firm PC maintains professional liability insurance.
Each firm will explain its fees and the basis on which they are charged before any work begins.
Where a fixed fee is agreed, you will be told what that fee includes and any work or expenses that fall outside it. Where fees are calculated by reference to time spent, the relevant hourly rates and an estimate of likely costs will be provided. You will also be informed if that estimate needs to change as the matter progresses.
Government application fees and other third-party costs, such as immigration health surcharges, biometric fees, translation charges, expert fees or courier costs, are normally payable separately unless expressly stated otherwise.
The firm handling your matter will provide written terms at the outset setting out the fees, scope of work and any additional costs applicable to your particular matter.
Each firm operates its own complaints procedure, and neither charges for using it. The procedure explains how to raise a concern, how long the firm will take, and the independent bodies you can approach if its answer does not satisfy you. See our Complaints Procedure.
Each firm is separately responsible for the personal information it collects and holds in connection with its own enquiries and client matters.
