Dr Ergul Celiksoy
Dr Ergul Celiksoy is an immigration lawyer qualified to practise in both the United States and the United Kingdom. He is admitted to practise law in California and is a solicitor of England and Wales regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Through Celiksoy Law Firm PC and Bekenbey Solicitors, Dr Celiksoy advises clients across a wide range of US and UK immigration matters. His US practice focuses on EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, E-2, L-1 and family-based immigration, while his UK practice includes Global Talent and Innovator Founder applications.
Dr Celiksoy holds a PhD in Law and an LL.M. from the University of Nottingham. He combines academic expertise with practical immigration experience and takes a strategic, research-led and client-focused approach to each matter.

Alev Destan
Alev Destan is a Senior Immigration Consultant with experience in a wide range of UK immigration matters, including complex and sensitive cases. She holds an LL.M. in Human Rights Law and has a particular interest in family-based immigration, human rights and domestic abuse-related matters.
She assists clients across a broad range of immigration routes, including family and partner applications, settlement, British nationality, work routes and Administrative Review applications.
Alev takes a practical, compassionate and client-focused approach, taking particular care when supporting individuals and families through sensitive or challenging circumstances. She places strong emphasis on clear advice, careful preparation and ensuring that each case is approached with attention to the client’s individual circumstances.
