In addition to his U.S. licensure, Dr. Ergul Celiksoy is also authorized as a solicitor by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England and Wales, and is a registered attorney with the Ankara Bar Association in Turkey.
As the Founder and Managing Attorney of the California-based Celiksoy Law Firm, PC, Dr. Celiksoy leads the firm with a strategic, client-focused, and results-driven approach. His primary areas of practice in the United States focus on extraordinary ability and employment-based immigration categories, particularly EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, and H-1B applications.
Dr. Celiksoy's legal practice is supported by a strong academic background. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law and an LL.M. degree (with Distinction) from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, and he has served as an Assistant Professor during his academic career.
