Our client’s spouse previously obtained E-2 treaty investor status after establishing and investing in a Florida car rental and vehicle-sharing business supported by an operating vehicle fleet and documented business activity.
Following the principal applicant’s E-2 approval, our firm prepared the related dependent applications for his family. Our client obtained E-2S status as the treaty investor’s spouse, while the couple’s two children obtained E-2Y status as dependent children.
USCIS approved all three dependent applications, allowing our client and the children to maintain immigration status tied to the principal applicant’s approved E-2 treaty investor classification.
