Our client’s spouse is the principal applicant in an EB-2 National Interest Waiver case involving neurosurgical research focused on minimally invasive techniques, advanced imaging, and the treatment of complex brain and spinal conditions. After our firm secured approval of his Form I-140 petition, the couple proceeded with the adjustment of status stage of their immigration process in the United States.
