Celiksoylaw.com is operated jointly by Celiksoy Law Firm PC and Bekenbey Solicitors Ltd. It presents the services of two separate law firms: Celiksoy Law Firm PC, a California professional corporation based in San Diego, which provides United States legal services; and Bekenbey Solicitors Ltd, trading as Celiksoy Immigration Lawyers, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16420891 and authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under number 8012472, which provides United Kingdom legal services.
The two firms are separate legal entities and separate professional practices. Each firm is responsible only for its own services, its own enquiries and its own clients, and neither is liable for the acts or omissions of the other. The fact that both firms are presented on the same website does not create a joint client relationship. Our Legal & Regulatory Information page sets out the position in more detail.

Where your use of this website relates to Celiksoy Law Firm PC or to United States legal services, these terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, and the state and federal courts sitting in San Diego County, California have jurisdiction.
Nothing here removes a right you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence where the law of that country gives you that right and it cannot be contracted out of.
We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
